Members Events
Do you love meeting new people? Do you enjoy organising? Are you friendly, approachable and sociable?
If so why not organise and operate events under the Click Singles umbrella?
You tell us:-
- Type of Event (Walk, Badminton Game, Salsa Lessons etc.)
- Name & Address of Venue including postcode (Please make sure you have the approval of the venue before you arrange the event)
- Date of Event
- Start time & length of Event (how many hours will event be for)
- Do you wish to charge for this Event? YES / NO Please state how much
- Contact Phone Number for bookings
- Event Description (Include anything the client should bring with them and the type of cloths they should wear for the event)
What do we expect from members running events?
We would expect our members to
- Be at the venue a little before the advertised start time
- Meet and greet members as they arrive
- Introduce them to the other people present
- Supply us with the details necessary to promote the event on the website
- Make sure the venue is aware of the arrival time of members
- Make sure the venue is aware of the number of people to expect
Only fully paid up members are able to promote their events on our website and they would be expected to cover any costs they incur with the fee they charge the client or they ask clients to pay for themselves. (As an example on Sunday Debbie ask everyone to pay their own entry fee into Igtham Mote and they paid for their own Sunday Lunch)
