Who doesn't love cocktails?
And mixing them is an art in itself!!
So lets learn a thing or two about how our favourites - Or new discoveries are put together...
The Peacock Bar in Battersea / Clapham Junction offers drop in classes ... I think the methodology is you order a cocktail for £4 and the trained barman shows you .. And hopefully everyone else how to mix it!
So if we all order a different variety of cocktails we will be taught how to mix a wide range!!
