What to expect?
An Excellent re Introduction to Meeting Singles
Enjoy a three course meal with coffee and a disco until 1am. You will be greeted at the front reception area of the hotel where the host will tell you your table number then take you to another host in the private function area who re welcomes you and introduces you to the other guests. Once you have been introduced to some of the other guests the hosts leaves your group to start welcoming other new guests arriving for the event. At 8.30pm all guests are ask to take their seats for service to commence. Seating plans are put together based on age groups and once the starter plates have been cleared the gentlemen are ask to move to another table so that they can meet more ladies in their age group. Gentlemen move twice during the meal so that they sit next to six ladies. When service has finished about 10.30 the DJ plays six slow songs giving the gentlemen the opportunity to ask the six ladies they have met during the meal for a dance. The dance floor is then full for the rest of the event giving everyone more time to mingle and chat with all of the guests. These dinners are a brilliant night out whether you come on your own, with one friend or a group of friends. For many single people this is their first experience of a singles event and they are never disappointed. These events are excellent fun, you meet some really brilliant people who are friendly and sociable. If you want to meet other single friends these are the perfect events for you.

Far be from me but in fairness Click Singles is not a dating service.
Incidentally three of the ladies I had booked a dance with were nowhere to be found. Perhaps they stayed on the dance floor with someone. It can work both ways.
Probably best to get a refund.

I thought this was the best event I had been to. Danced most of the night. Yes I did experience 3 ladies who when returning to their table were not there, so I just asked someone who was left sitting there. I thought that at 1.00 there were still about 60 people dancing. I thought it was a dinner dance not na dating service

i have to say that i was very disappointed with the event. i had been led to believe by your description that it was an evening where by the gentlemen would be taking down the names of the ladies and inviting them to dance when the time came. i did not have one of these gentlemen return to the table to ask for this dance nor did the other ladies i was sitting with. infact the one that was supposed to of asked me was so drunk im surprised he could stand. then by another of the gentleman (i use this word loosely) told me that two types of women go to these evenings one type was up for dropping her knickers and the other just to enjoy themselves and nothing more. if this is the attitude the men that come to your evening have then im not surprised that women stay single. i do not like dancing but was prepared to follow the way of the evening do what was required no chance of that. then i find out that when there is not enough men going to speed dating then men are just invited to make up numbers who do not want to date or have a relationship. this is not the sort of dating service i thought i was joining and therefore would like my membership fee returned. please inform me when this is going to happen.
